What You'll be Doing:

Helix is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and growing existing customer relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing director and leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and reaching out to them via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry contacts
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new business leads
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns
  • Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and industry partners
  • Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
