Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python to analyze complex datasets
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Experience
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau for creating insightful reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data analysis
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Ability to use VBA for automation tasks
- Familiarity with Visio for process mapping
- Knowledge of server architecture for data storage and retrieval
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,520.00 - $65,322.00 per year
