The Recruiter will develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers, source, interview, recap and communicate hiring decisions with hiring team etc. In addition will assist hiring, on-boarding, etc. of all Branch Operations staff positions across Eastern Michigan and communicate timely updates to Recruiting Manager and other Hiring Managers accordingly

A typical day for a Recruiter includes:
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
- Accomplishes Recruiting Department and overall Organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred
- At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Professional communication and organization skills
- Valid driver's license
- Access to insured and reliable transportation
