Job Summary
The Supervisory LPN will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company's direct care staff. They will also assist with coordinating clinical services and ensuring quality care services are provided to our clients. Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes.

- Access to insured and reliable transportation
