Duties:
This position provides administrative support for the SNAP E & T office. Generally, the position performs clerical responsibilities, including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, answering calls, and scheduling all meetings. In addition to answering calls and meetings, they may handle more complex responsibilities such as reviewing incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and to plan for their distribution. The Administrative Assistants main function is to support the SNAP E&T Career Navigators and participants as needed, throughout their training program.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent degree in a related field with one (1) or more years of relevant work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
