Position: Intern Coordinator
Location: Cibola County, Colfax County, McKinley County,
Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Taos County
Monday-Friday, Non-exempt, 40 Hours/Week for 10 Weeks
Position Reports to: Community Services Director
Essential Duties:
The Intern Coordinator will collaborate with county and partner staff to promote the success of the Summer Internship Program by developing and implementing effective programming and support for interns and employers. This will include assisting with recruitment and selection of local youth to participate in a 6-week work skills internship.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
Experience
· Work experience in areas related to education, case-management, workforce training, youth programming, youth recreation, or mentorship.
· Experience in work-based learning or service-learning program development and implementation.
· Involvement with high school aged youth, parents and families.
· Ability to present to groups and facilitate learning experience.
· Experience working directly with and in programs that serve opportunity youth.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Taos, NM: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
