Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse with HELP USA, youll coordinate health care for residents in one of our supportive housing programs. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents in managing medications and navigating appointments and referrals.

Providing residents with health education on chronic disease management and preventative health strategies.

Providing staff training on health and mental health issues.

Assisting with acute care coordination.
Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse.

5 years experience working with special needs populations.
Compensation: $20.19 hourly
