Responsibilities
- Communicate with managers to determine training needs and schedule additional training sessions
- Design effective training programs, both in-person and remote
- Prepare ‘Welcome Packet’ and ready the training room weekly
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as outlines, study guides, recorded calls etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance, times, and other records
- Manage training schedules and times
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
Requirements
- Proven experience as a leader with the ability to train others
- Understanding effective teaching methods and tools
- Willingness to keep up-to-date with new techniques in corporate teaching
- Proficient in all relevant software including Zoom
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Must be a positive role model
- Exemplify the utmost professionalism
- Consistent sales ability (100 VPH)
- Near perfect attendance and punctuality
