- Build a professional relationship with clients at differing stages in their employment journey
- Provide a positive and supportive environment for people with disability to assist them with reaching their goals of finding and sustaining employment
- Create and seek opportunities that enables an individual to reach their own potential as a valued member of their community in line with their NDIS goals
- Facilitate individual and group activities, using a variety of enabling styles including but not limited to job readiness skills, volunteering / work experience, and confidence building
- Ensure efficiency and compliance with administrative processes in line with organisational policies, procedures, legislative requirements and guidelines from the National Disability Insurance Agency
- Maintain data integrity and efficiently manage workload; prioritising tasks and ensuring all work is completed within designated time frames
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate – or willing to obtain prior to start with Help
- A reliable vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance
- To be proactive, showing initiative and problem-solving skills
- Resilience and patient, with the ability to work with complex behaviours
- Demonstrated ability to provide vocational support to jobseekers who live with disability, delivering a service that enables them to build their capacity and work toward meeting their employment goals
- Experience in facilitating individual and group educational activities
- High level of customer service skills, networking and stakeholder engagement skills
