As part of our Quality Control team, you will test production batches and raw materials to ensure we are providing our customers the highest quality solution to meet their needs. With your eye for detail, we will be able to ensure proper color matches and develop batch adjustments when needed. You will collaborate with across various teams including Production and R&D.

What it takes to join our family

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a working knowledge of basic Chemistry and Algebra. Ideally, you should have at least one (1) year of experience in an analytical lab or the paint industry. It is key to have an understanding of lab equipment including setting and calibration

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Normal color vision (for color testing)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday - Thursday, 10-hour night shifts
