RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market all Hendrix products and services by calling on and maintaining relationships with established clients and prospects within assigned territory.
- Expand business market-share and establish new customers through prospecting activities.
- Manage existing customers to grow and maintain business relationships.
- Keep customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.
- Meet established Sales and Prospecting quotas.
- Work with management, specialists, and/or cross-function team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-3 years' experience.
- Experience working with key decision makers in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven strong customer-focused work ethic; hunter mentality.
- Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A person in this position often operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Additional face-to-face contact with customers and coworkers on a daily basis. Also, the person must be able to safely drive vehicles in city or rural environments, possibly for extended periods of time (1-3 hours). The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have inquiries about their accounts and the person in this position must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The position requires the incumbent to coordinate with coworkers in accomplishing work activities on a regular basis. Literacy and computer skills are required.
