Position: Production Department Trainee

Location: Suzhou

Essential Job Functions:

• Supporting the GMP production department of biopharmaceuticals. Main tasks involving new project technology transfer, the formulation, modification of process specifications, conducting process validation and evaluation of large-scale batches production. The work spans across the entire biopharmaceutical production process, including cell culture, protein purification, and formulation.
• Drafting GMP-compliant documents such as technical reports, SOPs, and batch production records to ensure that pharmaceutical manufacturing complies with GMP regulations.
• Participating in the formulation and modification of process specifications, process validation and evaluation.
• Supporting and maintaining process production, conducting deviation analysis and investigation, assisting technical employees complete process scale-up successfully, and coordinating process transfer from development to clinical practice stage.

Job Requirements:

• A doctoral degree in biomedicine, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering or a related field.
• Good learning ability and excellent logical thinking.
• Willing to communicate, a strong team work spirit and commitment, and with ability to handle pressure well.
• Writing and communicating in English fluently, retrieving foreign language scientific literature independently.

Fomulation Development Scientitst

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for formulation development and optimization of biological macromolecules, experimental design and specific implementation.
• Responsible for the development and confirmation of filling process, and provide professional advice and technical support for the filling in pilot-scale and GMP production;
• Writing and reviewing research plans, reports and registration materials of biological formulations;
• Responsible for the operation of laboratory, debugging and maintenance of equipment;
• Responsible for promoting the development of new biological drug project;
• Responsible for literature investigation .

Job Requirements:

• Doctor degree or above;
• Relevant majors: Biochemistry, analytical Chemistry, proteomics, molecular biology, cell biology, biological engineering, chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, pharmaceutical preparation, drug detection, etc.;
• Overseas study and work experience is preferred;
• Project management experience is preferred;
• Able to work independently and solve problems, good teamwork and executive ability;
• Highly adaptable, careful and responsible in work;
• Have a good work ethic;
• Excellent English and Chinese in writing and speaking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $28.49 per hour
