Lead Receiving activities to ensure incoming material is properly unloaded, checked-in & received into SAP warehouse management system. Once materials are received and sampled (if necessary), materials are delivered to warehouse stocking locations.
YOUR ROLE
- Oversee that the inbound receipts are being processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process all non-inventory receipts using the “ARIBA” program.
- Perform housekeeping functions in all Receiving areas including un-loading docks.
- Assume supervisory functions in absence of Warehouse Supervisor.
Aid in training all personnel in Department’s Safety and ISO procedures and work instructions.
- Have knowledge of SAP warehouse management system.
- Train and monitor staff in using “RF” scanners for transactions.
- Assure and maintain accuracy of inventory delivered by Receiving personnel to the warehouse.
- Assist Warehouse Department with the put-away of incoming material.
- Availability 2nd shift 2:30 pm -10:30 pm M-F
YOUR SKILLS
- 3 years of operation experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Licensed to operate a forklift
The hourly range for this role is $17.55-$21.06. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
