YOUR ROLE
The Shift Lead position serves the role of extending Manufacturing Management's strategic direction to the production floor and the production execution process. In doing so, the Shift Lead bears responsibility
* Executes special projects as assigned by supervision or management.
* Ensures training of employees is being executed in accordance with operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
* Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are followed
