Henry Fox Sales, a family owned Beer & Wine Distributor based out of Grand Rapids, seeks to add a new Chain Coordinator to our office team.

We strive to give the best service, and distribute kindness, enthusiasm and goodwill!

The Chain Coordinator's primary objective is to provide our Chain customers and Sales Department with customer service and ordering support.

Essential Functions:

  • Create, develop and maintain goodwill with all persons contacted
  • Order entry for chain customers
  • Provide customer service assistance for our Tel-sell accounts weekly
  • Problem solve pricing and authorization issues at chain accounts
  • Scheduling deliveries as needed
  • Enter club orders as needed
  • Ensure all reporting procedures are suitably documented
  • Provide customer service back up and internal sales support to Sales Department

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or 2 years of experience in Customer Service related field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to lift, twist and turn up to 40 lbs repetitively
