Support the Land Managers in performing their duties to include filing, file management, Data entry into the Pandell system and various other duties required to help the Land Managers perform their job.
Oversees adequate inventory of office and break room supplies. To include, ordering regularly needed supplies and refilling/stocking break rooms as well as ordering special requests.
Oversees the purchase of office supplies, furniture, office equipment for corporate and when necessary field offices. Manages vendor relationships for office supplies and negotiates purchase pricing. Maintains all vendor contracts for office supplies.
Assist Director with the facility day-to-day needs while working with the building management company and on-site facilities POC. Meets with contractors for maintenance and repair needs.
Assist Director with facility expansion projects for corporate offices, to include, attending construction meetings, vendor presentations, and vendor management. Assists with space allocation and layout.
