What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator (On-site) position at HEPCO, Inc.?
- Provide field work support for waste disposal needs of various waste streams (e.g., soils, water, drums, etc.).
- Execute manifests and sign off on T&M worksheets.
- Direct contractors/vendors on job assignments for the day and provide site access when necessary.
- Track various waste streams including but not limited to water shuttling and/or water disposal quantities, soil shipments, roll-off container inventories, drum inventories, etc.
- Ensure contractors/vendors have the appropriate PPE, safety requirements, documentation, and equipment/materials to complete services being requested.
- Complete oversight of environmental sampling needs and/or spill cleanup on project sites.
- Computer skills including Microsoft applications and database entry.
- Effective communication skills to work with Project Coordinators and various vendors/contractors.
- Valid driver's license.
- Department of Transportation (DOT) training.
- Construction Safety Training & Certifications
