Job Posting for Aviation Maintenance - Scheduler and Planner at Hera Flight, LLC
Hera Flight is a rapidly growing Part 135 on demand charter with a fleet of Learjet 60s, Citation Xs, Citation I, Challenger 601s, Gulfstream IV, and a Gulfstream V. Our primary maintenance base is in St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) along with a heavy presence in West Palm Beach Airport (PBI).
With our growing fleet, we are currently looking for a candidate who will fill the role of maintenance planner and scheduler. We have a fantastic close knit team where all of our work is done inside our hangars located at St. Petersburg International Airport.

Responsibilities
Overviews and helps manage maintenance scheduling
Helps plan maintenance in outstations: Calls for availibiity, get quotes, etc.
Make work orders for the outstation work.
Adhere to strict FAA and company safety regulations
Must be able to pass a DOT drug screening.
Requirements
Prior Aviation Maintenance Experience Required
Must have a thorough understanding of FAA Regulations (FARs)
Must be able to work and live in the United States
135 or 121 carrier experience preferred
Active, valid Driver’s License required
High school diploma, or GED required
Must be able to weekends
Must be able to exercise good judgement in a team environment
Ability to bend and/or squat repeatedly and stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $46.00 per hour
