Here are just a few of the things you will get to do:
- Ensure the Quality System is applied in practice and the associated documentation is complete achieving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the quality management system, tasks, personnel and scheduling of tasks.
- Address customer requests and/or complaints by reviewing specifications, batch records, and other documentation as well as requesting addtional testing of retained material.
- Manage ISO surveillance and renewal audits.
- Lead customer, vendor and internal audits at Heraeus Epurio.
- Supervise and develop Quality Management team.
- Run projects with internal and external customers.

We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in an ISO-regulated environment and internal auditing and quality control experience supporting a manufacturing environment. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must have the ability to schedule and prioritze effectively.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Indepth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools is needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Organizational skills, teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task, and exhibit a high level of initiative is needed.
