Heralds Home Health is seeking experienced Home Health LVN's for an amazing company that truly cares about our staff and paitents.

One year of nursing experience is preferred however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Registered Nurse - Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  • One (1) years' nursing experience, preferred.
  • Acceptance of philosophy and goals of the company.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

Home Health LVN - Benefits:

  • Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
  • 401(k)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid Mileage

Home Health LVN - Responsibilities:

  • Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit.
  • Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
  • Administer Physician-prescribed medication.
  • Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
  • Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
  • Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
