Seeking an individual to fill a full-time administrative position at our orthodontic office that includes financial duties, insurance processing, and patient scheduling. The right candidate will demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong multi-tasking capabilities are essential for this fast-paced office.
Financial and Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking out patients
- Collecting and posting payments and preparing nightly deposit
- Contacting delinquent accounts to attempt to resolve payment issues
- Verifying insurance benefits, submitting insurance claims and following up on delinquent insurance accounts
This position is fulltime Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are not open on Fridays, weekends or holidays. We have two locations. The Financial Coordinator mainly works out of our Big Rapids office but will work at the Fremont office three days a month.
