Heritage Construction is one of the largest residential and commercial roofing contractors in Texas, with locations in all major cities. Austin, Houston, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Corpus Christi, College Station & New Orleans.

CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- A self-drive to win and succeed while providing quality service.

- NO sales experience required. We are looking for self-driven, the need to make money and the will to learn.

- You will be responsible for running all the projects that you sell from start to finish.

- Speak directly with homeowners with the purpose of generating leads and assisting homeowners through the claims process. You WILL be getting on roofs and you WILL be going door to door as part of this role.

- This person MUST be comfortable working evening hours and some Saturday’s (performance tentative).

- Inspect roofs, write up contracts, attend meetings with adjusters, supervise subcontractors and ensure the highest quality of work is performed on site.

- Participate in the team and individual trainings designed to help you learn the industry and sales techniques. As a Construction Sales Rep, you are in our training program to learn the industry, sales techniques, and grow your career.

- Input all leads into the company’s proprietary CRM (Roof.Link).

- It is highly recommended to have a truck or vehicle able to carry a ladder or obtain one.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
