What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Hermannhof Inc?
As a Busser you will support our waitstaff and set up our dining areas.
Busser responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables.
Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers
Place tableware and condiments on tables
Serve water to guests upon seating
Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Rolling silverware as needed
Assist with regular up keep of bathrooms, dining room floors and emptying of trash bins
REQUIREMENTS
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
Understanding of restaurant etiquette
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Demonstrable customer-service skills
Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
Availability to work in shifts as needed
Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Ability to work as a team member
Follows directions and instructions

Tipped hourly part-time position, pay is bi-weekly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.30 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
