- Lead a 24-bed inpatient unit
- Crisis intervention services in the Emergency Department
- Traditional psych outpatient services
- Consultation liaison services
- Development of other clinical programs
- Sit on steering committee

Psychiatric MD/DO candidates for the outpatient opportunity must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Strong clinical leader with experience in leading psychiatry service line
- Track record of driving improvements in quality and safety, with progressive leadership experience
- Provision of full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients
- Licensed as a psychiatrist in the state of Oregon or able to obtain Licensure
- Board certified and must maintain certification
- Must possess good interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Must complete a satisfactory background investigation
