What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager Assistant position at HERO Windows?

You are outgoing, love people and are a great communicator. You also take pride in a job well done. We are looking for an office manager to handle the following responsibilities:

Market Admin Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure this market has swag and clothing for all sales reps and sufficient stock to support new hires.
  • Ensure market/office materials are stocked, this includes but is not limited to business cards, office posters and banners, thank you cards, customer appreciation plants, post install yard signs, etc.
  • Upon installation you will assist the Market Owner in finalizing accounts upon day of install, this will often require an in person visit to customers homes where you will get their feedback and provide an amazing customer experience.
  • You will plan and execute market events and parties.
  • Will keep track of birthdays or anything else that we could do to provide an amazing experience for our sales teams and recognition.
  • You will onboard sales reps, ensuring that sales agreements are received and documented properly.
  • You will assist the Market Owner in any other market related tasks that will arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year

  • Greenwood Village, CO 80111: Relocate before starting work (Required)
