Heroes is a new concpect from Ariel Arce owner and partner of Roscioli and Tokoyo Record Bar. The project will be Headed by Executive Chef Aarron Lirette formerly the Executive Chef of Green River in Chicago where he won his first michelin star.
Job DetailsHeroe's is seeking a Prep Cook with attention to detail, a willingness to learn. The Prep Cook will be expected to follow a prep list, keep up with a fast paced environment, communicate effectively, and execute prep work to the highest quality. We are building an environment where there is room to grow, collaborate, and learn.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize ingredients for daily service, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to maintain consistency.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-starred setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary industry.
