Job Location: Hershey, PA
Summary:
The individual in this position will be responsible for assisting the Kit Kat and Pay Day brand marketing team on specific projects and activities in support of the business. The responsibilities will involve supporting ABMs and BMs across archetypes in both strategic and operational brand marketing work.
Key Activities / Responsibilities:
• Brand Analyst support ABMs and BMs across archetypes to get a holistic introduction to brand marketing and build a diverse skillset
Operational responsibilities:
• Weekly business tracking – Analyzing weekly retail IRI data to assist in understanding key drivers of the business and informing the need for actions to address business opportunities or risks. Assisting with adhoc retail business analysis on an ongoing basis.
• Event coordination and program implementation: Support coordinating and implementing brand events (e.g. Kit Kat Limited Edition Program, OPM programs)
• Manage team DMEs and work with Marketing Operations partners to effectively plan and manage team budget
Strategic responsibilities:
• Brand management and planning: Support team in assembling brand plan and IBM materials (data collection / analysis, preparation of materials)
• Retail sales forecasting, modeling, and analysis
• Sales communications: Support the development of sales communication updates with oversight from the brand management team
• Initiative trackers: Provide assistance in updating initiative trackers (e.g. THiNS, Duos, VIS updates)
• Assist in RCC (Rough Cut Capacity) planning twice a year
• Design requests: Support one-off brand design requests (e.g. sharing brand assets in Hershey Asset studio)
Skills / Competencies:
• Strong analytical abilities, able to use multiple sources of data and put together data visualizations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong marketing, finance, and commercial understanding and intuition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

• Problem solving attitude
• Mekko, Tableau, Alteryx experience a plus
• IRI / Nielsen / Numerator experience a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); ability to learn new systems
• Willingness to be a part of a team that works hard and has fun
Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Analytics, Management)
Experience: Marketing experience preferred. Analytical and project management experience is a plus.
