UI UX Designer

You should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess killer UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Also, collaborating with Product Management, UX Management, CRM, Analytics, and Technology to effectively translate business requirements into functional, achievable designs that deliver on business objectives.

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.

• Exhibit passion for emerging technologies, new interaction models, product design, and excellence in visual design

• Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills

• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications to product and marketing teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

• Utilize software skills in latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite, XD, InVision Studio (or equivalent) and UX prototyping tools.

• A systematic approach to solving large, complex design challenges

• Work is in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment

• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.

• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.

• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.

• Support ongoing performance optimization through A/B testing.

Basic Qualifications

· 2+ years of professional UX/UI experience preferred OR in lieu of professional work experience, an advanced design degree

· Experience designing applications with multiple user touch points with specialty in web design.

· Relentless desire for innovation and creating great experiences for the customer

· Bachelor's degree in Interactive design, Communication/Graphic Design, or UX Design or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exceptional visual design skills

· Versed in Human-Centered design thinking approach, techniques and philosophy.

· Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills.

· Front end UX scripting languages CSS/HTML/Java Script a plus.

· Current with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

· Effectiveness in working in an entrepreneurial environment to define, manage and prioritize workload.
