We are interested in a candidate with enough experience and demonstrated skills to step immediately into a branch manager role or to shortly develop into it with additional training. In this position you will manage or support our Marketing, HR, Client Service, Administration, and Compliance. We are looking for someone who easily grasps business related topics and is great with detail. Must be organizationally focused and highly motivated to support a tight and high functioning team. A business or finance background is preferred, but not a deal breaker. You should at least have a strong interest in personal finance. This is a position that will offer many new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
This is a multifaceted role and will include a wide assortment of responsibilities.
- Answer phones and greet guests.
- Set up appointments and manage office calendars.
- Interacting with clients and responding to requests as needed.
- Preparing and managing paperwork.
- Proof reading presentations to ensure clarity and make grammar corrections.
- Create reports and analyze patterns. (Information will be both quantitative and qualitative.)
- Mange hourly client billings.
- Help with a variety of marketing tasks like updating our website, putting our monthly newsletter together and managing our social media presence.
Qualifications:
Long term success in this job will require a working knowledge of financial planning and investment concepts. You don’t need to know anything coming in, but you do need to have an interest in learning!
- A 4-year college degree. (A degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Economics is a plus, but not required.)
- Experience in Financial services is a plus but is not necessary.
- Computer savvy, especially with Microsoft Office software.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Superb listener.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to edit other people’s work.
- Has a love of learning new things.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including phone demeanor, the ability look and sound professional, and a genuine interest in helping people.

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality.
- Makes decisions based on data, logic and past experience.
