Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Strategy & Enablement Consultant within our ALI Americas group.
The selected candidate will be responsible to monitor PSE Field support mailboxes and facilitate resolution of questions or issues and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional teams. This role is responsible for maintaining status and reporting against PSE Field support cases within SalesForce.com. Additionally, support PSE Operations & Field Support activities, as required and defined by manager. This role will report into Portfolio Strategy & Enablement, Operations & Field Support collaborating across the PSE segments, Sales Operations, Product management, marketing, finance, legal and regional sales organization.
- Ability to help establish tasks, associate timeline and dependencies.
- Follow up with team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Assist with tracking issues and risks through resolution
- Provide regular status reports
- Document business processes
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
