Job Description:

·         Front end Customer on reporting of status, highlight risks and issues on a timely basis with appropriate solutions

·         Have worked in large scale development project with interfaces

·         Able to provide technical solution to the team

About the Role:

The Data Integration Engineer will be responsible for working with various Abinitio components and will have a strong understanding of SQL and Unix shell scripting. The role will involve creating documentation related to project end-user manuals and operations handoff guides, and ensuring good knowledge of quality processes. The Data Integration Engineer will need to have a good understanding of data warehousing concepts and strong analysis skills. Additionally, the ability to support production issues, analyzing and fixing data issues related to Abinitio, and basic knowledge in DevOps tools is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:

·         Work with various Abinitio components such as Rollup, Scan, Join, Partition by key, Partition by Round Robin, Gather, Merge, Sort, Lookup, etc.

·         Create documentation related to Project end-user manuals and Operations handoff guides

·         Ensure good knowledge of quality processes and data warehousing concepts

·         Analyze and fix data issues related to Abinitio

·         Provide support for production issues

·         Understand the work in business terms

·         Collaborate with the team to ensure project success

Essential Qualifications:

·         5 to 9 years of experience in working with various Abinitio components

·         Proficient in SQL and Unix shell scripting

·         Knowledge of Abinitio air commands and m commands

·         Good knowledge of quality processes

·         Strong analysis skills

·         Good understanding of data warehousing concepts

·         Basic knowledge of DevOps tools is preferred

·         Good understanding of the work in business terms

Additional Skill:

·         Experience with SCALA/Spart/JAVA

·         Primary Skills: Ab Initio, UNIX, ORACLE
