Overview:
HGA is in search of a Marketing Coordinator who will champion marketing collateral and initiatives for our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator role requires a passion for storytelling and visual communication, exceptional project management and detail-oriented skills, and a solution-focused mindset with an ability to pivot through the unexpected. From designing content and producing proposals to developing project stories and coordinating project photoshoots, we’re looking for someone who can help us drive engagement with HGA’s brand and win more desired clients and projects.
In this role you will:
- Own the end-to-end process – project management, content development, and document production – for marketing collateral to win pursuits, specifically: RFQ/P Responses (Proposals, qualifications packages, brochures) and client pitch presentations;
- Collaborate with practice group leaders and business developers to drive messaging strategy, define narrative approach, and create content to persuade target audiences;
- Cevelop marketing collateral to support other marketing initiatives including awards, speaking engagements, advertising, and HGA.com;
- Coordinate project photoshoots and support field marketing activities such as conferences and client events;
- Work in a highly interactive and cross-functional position, collaborating with multiple team members across various disciplines; and
- Partner with the Marketing team on the execution of strategic initiatives and champion marketing projects across teams as appropriate.
You will need to have:
- 3 years of professional experience writing marketing content, creating marketing collateral in Adobe InDesign, and coordinating multiple marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Experience managing and producing RFQ/P responses in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- Exceptional aptitude in Adobe InDesign.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History (or other related field) or a relevant combination of experience, education, and training.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, Canva, and/or Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $66,400 - $106,600
