The Remote Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating resort and cruise packages for our clients. - Travel Planning: Research and recommend resort and cruise destinations, itineraries, and activities that align with clients' preferences.
- Booking Coordination: Handle all aspects of booking, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with resort and cruise vendors to secure the best rates and exclusive offers for clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries, including important information such as booking confirmations, travel tips, and destination highlights.
- Follow-Up: Check in with clients during and after their trips to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials to attract new clients.
- Proven experience as a travel coordinator, travel agent, or similar role preferred but not required.
