Who we are looking for:
HHL is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who can contribute to elevating the overall level of the agency’s creative print output. Working as part of a team of seasoned print designers, you will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will design and layout high-quality creative for multi-channel retail campaigns, including small and large format print for direct mail campaigns, in-store signage, email designs, digital banners and social media outputs.
This role works directly with external clients to create content for various media print platforms and is responsible for managing the execution of deliverables throughout the entire creative process.
You will work with clients nationwide, facilitating high-volume projects on strict deadlines.
What you’ll do:
· Client facing | Regularly connect with clients to create a partnership in which our ideas build trust and serve our clients’ needs. Maintain ongoing contact with clients throughout the design, layout and approval process.
· Create | Kick off projects with internal team including all details needed for completion of project.
· Collaborate | Articulate creative concepts and work directly with HHL’s video production, digital and creative writing teams.
· Produce | Work with our internal production team to align on execution of projects, including providing all necessary assets for each project. Ensure that all deliverables are met while managing multiple high-volume projects.
What you’ll need:
· Minimum 5 years experience in print design and production
· Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving and time-management skills
· Innovative thinking paired with creative graphic skills
· Accurate and attentive focus
· Adobe, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac platform proficiency
· Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus
