We are looking for a Floor Care Tech Professional to join the HHM Facility Management team. Our Floor Care Tech Professionals mop, strip, wax and polish hard surface floors and clean carpets to provide excellent service for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Operate powered floor equipment such as floor buffer, vacuum cleaner, or similar.
- Performs general cleaning in the common areas of the building.
- May perform minor repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains a neat and orderly supply room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
- May perform biohazard cleanup and trash removal.
- Move furniture, use powered equipment such as golf carts, vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers, and fogging machines.
- Assists in examining the facility for safety hazards; additional services that are needed, reports deficiencies to supervisor.
- Responsible to secure keys and security badges issued.
- Maintain customer and company confidentiality.
- Maintain professional and courteous relationship with coworkers and the customer.
- May travel to several customer locations within the day.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous floor care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent stooping, bending, crouching, climbing, pushing or pulling, and exposure to loud noises.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 150 pounds.
- May be subjected to varying levels of noise, air quality, lighting, and exposure to the elements.
- Exposure to biohazardous material and chemicals commonly used in the janitorial industry.
- Use of janitorial equipment such as vacuums, foggers, and floor scrubbers.
- Use of PPE such as latex gloves, protective clothing, safety glasses, and masks as needed.
