Patient Ambassador - Job Description
This position is designed to manage and maintain the HCAHPS Program in the facility. This position acts as a liaison within the facility and environmental services for the patients in the Healthcare setting.
Must be able to successfully pass a background and additional facility pre screenings requirements. In compliance with federal COVID-19 vaccination requirements, HHS employees will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption (medical or religious) by the employer by January 4, 2022.

Qualifications
Must be engaged, friendly, outgoing, and willing to go the extra mile to serve our patient’s needs. Must be organized and able to monitor trends and assess/implement action plans for HCAHPS Improvement.
DUTIES STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
- HCAHPS Reporting - Monitor HCAHPS Scores and assess current action plans for improvement. Provide the director with weekly HCAHPS reports with detailed review. *
- HCAHPS Monitoring - Create reports and monitor trending to utilize in action plan implementation. *
- Patient Rounding - Round on patients admitted within the last 24 hours. Goal in rounding is to assess current satisfaction levels after admit and educate the patient on expected service levels Service Recovery - Follow up with management daily to recover satisfaction with patient when satisfaction is less than excellent and ensure issues are resolved. *
- Daily Admit Round Tracking. - Ensure linen quality is satisfactory, and report to Linen Utilization Manager concerning any quality issues. *
- AIDET Training and Reinforcement - Comply with HHS Safety programs and training Guest Services Liaison *
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department Director. *
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
