Responsible for working with co-workers and individuals on new products and services to ensure regulatory compliance by staying informed regarding any changes in regulations affecting the Credit Union Operations. Will assist with general ledgers, processing wires, problem solving member account discrepancies, and helping to provide information for financial statements.
The individual will also perform side-jobs and assist other employees with a variety of duties as needed, such as day to day items including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, cash advances, and answering phones while exhibiting outstanding member services skills by applying Hi-Land Credit Union Service Standards and Core Values.
The right candidate will have a high initiative, a general understanding of accounting concepts, is detail-oriented, is analytical, and works well with others.
Experience at a bank or credit union is a definite plus.
Must maintain a professional and courteous attitude with all people, including fellow employees, members, management staff, board members, and outside vendors.
Attend meetings as required.
Promote a professional appearance and attitude.
Basic computer operating skills and familiarity.
