A seasoned property management company is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill a Property Manager position in Evansville, IN.
*2 YEARS OF TAX CREDIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is to provide proper staffing and training necessary to professionally administer the operational responsibilities for the properties that are assigned to them. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, team motivation, budgeting, cash management and strong resident relations. The position requires diverse skills, professionalism and commitment. Reports directly to the Area Manager.
Qualifications
Property Management experience required. Computer skills and word processing skills are necessary. Must be able to work at least a 40 hour work week and be available to fulfill staffing needs.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
