As we expand we are looking for a TikTok/Reels Content Creator to join our Social Media team and help take our brand to the next level.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven TikTok/Reels Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and executive team to develop and execute a compelling content strategy. You will be responsible for producing, filming, and editing all video content for Hi, skin's TikTok and Instagram channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and social media, paired with a great sense of humor.

What you'll be doing

-Translate the monthly social media calendar into conceptualized video content that aligns with strategic goals, marketing objectives, brand identity, and messaging standards.

-Create, film, edit, and publish top-quality videos for Hi, skin’s TikTok and Instagram Reels account.

-Consistently post 2-3 TikTok videos and/or Instagram Reels per day.

-Craft visually captivating and engaging video content that connects with Hi, skin’s target audience.

-Coordinate with all internal team members involved in content creation, such as the Studio team, Marketing team, and any featured personnel.

-Attend creative photoshoots when necessary to capture video content and/or collaborate with the Creative Production team on larger-scale video projects.

-Travel to and attend company events and activations as needed to capture, edit, and publish content.

-Generate a monthly analytics report detailing engagement, follower growth, and overall performance metrics.

What we expect from you

-2 years experience in video content creation and editing

-Experience with the TikTok platform, Instagram platform and algorithms, with a strong understanding of the marketing side of social media marketing

-Able to work full-time in person at our Studio locations or Corporate office (must be willing to travel)

-Strong understanding of Hi, skin’s audience, brand, and aesthetic

-Natural, witty, fun sense of humor

-Excellent storytelling and creative skills

-Strong technical skills in video production and editing software

- Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, changing environment

- Keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, sounds, celebrities, music, etc. and find trendy and dynamic ways to promote skincare

- Extremely tech-savvy with strong communication skills

- Critical thinker with the ability to creatively problem-solve

- A team player who is ready to pitch in wherever necessary

- A love of skincare

- Houston, TX or Phoenix, AZ area resident with the ability to travel to Hi, skin studio locations as necessary

- A social media following of 200k-250k
