Sales and Merchandising Representative

At Hi-Way we are dedicated to servicing our customers and that means dropping in once maybe twice a month to check on them. We check on stock, make sure the shelves look just like the planograms, make any change outs, and update or add signage, we process returns, update orders then tell them all about the cool new items their customers can’t live without.

We are also prospectors and always on the lookout to help businesses profit from offering our products while putting commission in your pocket! I call that a Win Win!

So not only do we pay a salary, and commissions when earned but we also pay for your travel! That’s right we reimburse travel expenses biweekly also like 100% hotel 100% Fuel and a meal per diem of $55 a day while traveling as well as a $130 monthly auto allowance to help with tires and oil changes etc. And all the rewards you earn from hotels and gas etc. are yours to keep rewarding yourself with vacations and get- a- ways. Oh, did I mention we also offer paid vacation and holidays?

I have 3 open territories,

Montana/Wyoming -The ideal candidate lives along I90,anywhere from Missoula to Sheridan WY.

Nebraska- The Ideal candidate lives along I80, the route is from Grand Island to Ogallala and south into Kansas.

Texas- The ideal candidate would be from the Dallas Ft Worth area and would travel TX, LA, OK, KS and MO as a merchandiser.
