The Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees testing and operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing work efficiently for cost-effective inspection.
- Promoting a culture of safety.
- Providing training and guidance to inspection technicians.
- Ensuring food safety compliance.
- Writing and implementing quality control procedures.
- Meeting customer specifications.
- Coordinating instrument maintenance.
- Assisting with R&D and backup operations.
- Managing personnel and budgets.
- Improving product quality and processes.
- Initiating continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Facilitating communication and employee training.
- Conducting regular toolbox meetings.
- Ensuring understanding of various business aspects.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, or quality management)
- 3-5yrs of Supervisory Experience & Quality Control, proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Valid Texas Drivers License
