The Financial Services Accounting Specialist is responsible for processing and importing the billing transactions for our Financial Services Day 2 department and reconcile cash on a daily basis. They will also provide reporting, analysis and support for the Director of Financial Services Accounting.

The essential tasks include the following:
- Post Financial Services Day 2 billing transactions by importing or manually posting to the system
- Reconcile cash received to agency commissions posted
- Understanding and knowledge of the accounting process
- Provide timely communication to manager for any issues regarding obtaining import file, processing imports, etc.
- Manage accounts receivable/collections for Financial Services Day 2 admin billing fees
- Complete monthly reports for producer goals, verify producer comp & new business
- Assist with month end production check and perform corrections as necessary
- Correct direct bill transactions
- Analyze agency commissions received from carriers and research missing commissions

- Graduate Degrees in Accounting, Business, or related field

Experience:
- At least Three (3) years of accounting experience
