- Coordinate and manage projects related to client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and HR support to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
