Client Services Manager

Summary: High Country Search Group is collaborating with a payroll and HR services company in their search for a Client Services Manager. Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager:

  • Manage client accounts effectively, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Utilize strong knowledge and expertise in payroll and HR support to address client needs promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate and manage projects related to client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and HR support to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
