We are currently in search of a friendly, knowledgeable, excellence-oriented Food Runner with a passion for people to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure tables are stocked with appropriate utensils, napkins, condiments and other applicable items
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean work environment by helping clean the dining area, tables, bar area, including and washing glasses, utensils, and applicable equipment
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure seamless customer service and workplace efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years working in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, managers and customers
- Possess a valid Food Handler’s Card or obtain one during training upon hire as required by law
- RBS Certification must be obtained within first week of employment for California locations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
