About the Role:

We’re currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our recruiting team and be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities for openings companywide. This individual will be an organizational guru, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and interact effectively with both internal clients and candidates. About You:

You love to support the internal operations of the People Team and the recruiting function. You have a strong understanding of how overall efficiency and speed in delivering full life cycle recruiting and how it impacts the candidate experience. Our ideal candidate requires strong attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in new hire pre-onboarding activities, has the ability to be proactive in communication to hiring leaders and recruiters throughout the process, and thoroughness in scheduling and/or coordinating interviews. Our goal is to provide an outstanding experience to candidates throughout the interview process. 

You should thrive when working alongside employees in a fast-paced professional environment. You must be well versed in general HR policies and procedures to help guide potential candidates and employees upon request.


You will:

  • Create an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities companywide, including advertising openings on BambooHR and across other platforms (ensuring accuracy and consistency in posting across sites).
  • Provide interview scheduling as needed.
  • Own the tracking of metrics through reports and analytics. 
  • Track recruiting activities and report on candidate status.
  • Update internal hiring committee forms and spreadsheets.
  • Post internal job openings to our Slack channel. 
  • Manage the reference and background verification process to ensure candidates meet all requirements prior to hire.
  • Support with recruiting surveys
  • Partner with payroll to ensure all new hires are onboarded correctly.
  • Support with new hire orientations as needed. 
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and recruiting process efficiencies.
  • Lead special projects as assigned to achieve greater team efficiency and/or compliance.


You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or experience in related fields.
  • 1 years of related recruiting experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with G-suite (Gmail, Google Sheets and Docs). 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus!
  • High degree of collaboration and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently as needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and internal customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to use those skills effectively when interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality, exercising discretion and judgment as needed.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly, while also understanding when to escalate issues that arise.


Remote - must reside in Texas or Florida.
