High Performance Homes (HPH) is now hiring for an experienced Finance Manager. We are expanding and adding new locations that will need a dedicated Finance Manager to support their growth. The Finance Manager works directly with our Sales team to assist the customer through the loan process. Candidates with finance/loan experience involving the construction industry is a huge plus!! Skills and Competencies Required:
- Construction knowledge background a plus!
- Finance manager background a plus!
- Experience in loan processing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, technical acumen and numerical accuracy (experience with Google platform a plus)
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative and problem solving skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence change while maintaining a positive working relationship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong typing and data entry skills
Specific Job Duties:
- Be aware and manage the finance status for all the jobs in your defined region based on contracts and addendums. Job funding includes; cash, finance, loan fees, discounts, credits, etc.
- Report daily NGB and Pending management of sales contracts.
- Determine the date a job is qualified to be NGB.
- Communicate with sales reps and sales rep managers about the jobs with pending stipulations to encourage timely action to resolve.
- Ensure the accuracy and completion of all finance documents associated with sales contracts. Report and track changes to the loan dealer fee used in sales commission calculations.
- Track reasons for cancelled jobs (i.e., 3 day right of rescission, not able to get financing, cancelled post NGB, etc). On the NGB log to track sales.
- Work with the Director of Sales and Finance for additional options for declined customers.
- Prepares collection paperwork in coordination with other HPH staff to request the accurate amount of funds to collect from customers.
- Be available to assist sales reps as needed.
