Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read & write English
- Ability to use basic math skills
- Computer literate including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type accurately, including the operation of a computer keyboard at a moderately rapid rate
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in the handling of varied and moderately complex matters for which relatively well-defined policies and procedural guidelines exist without the need for direct supervisory involvement
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department and company personnel at all levels
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- 1-2 years of experience in Plant/Operations/Manufacturing/Shipping, or Logistics and/or Transportation, or Inventory Management using modern inventory techniques
- Strong team player with a commitment to company values and mission
- Strong desire to learn, improve skills, and to be coached
- Valid Driver’s License
- Manage the company's warehouse and fleet needs.
- Communicate with vendors and coordinate deliveries
- Communicate project statuses, and issues, and provide solutions in areas for improvement to drive the business and productivity
- Conduct and maintain inventories for the warehouse
- Communicate and assist the EMS Department Manager and General Manager.
- Work as a liaison with supply and demand, helping to communicate forecasting of needs, potential issues, and timelines
- Other duties as assigned.
