Job Responsibilities Include
- Complete nursing assessments and document accordingly for Residential, SAIOP, and LOFT program
- Monitor MAR's for accuracy
- Complete incident reports as indicated and inform nurse manager.
- Become proficient in Electronic Health Records computer system.
- Conducts drug screens and sends to the lab and retrieves results
- Answers and directs calls
- Orders and tracks medical supplies
- Conducts TB Skin Test/read
- Other duties as assigned by Program Manager
- Maintain Nurse Schedules and PTO
- Manage Nurses working at Women's Outreach
