III.       JOB SUMMARY

            Provides food and beverage service to club members and guests.

IV.              JOB TASKS (Duties)

1.       Sets up side stations for dining areas and performs assigned side work.

2.      Attends daily pre-meal meetings as requested by the Captain/Manager.

3.      Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating.

4.      Takes and serves food and beverage orders.

5.      Puts orders into computer.

6.      Coordinates with food-runner/back waiter for food pick-up

7.      Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenishes water and butter as necessary.

8.      Removes soiled dishes; suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and after luncheon drinks.

9.      Verifies accuracy of member names, prices, state and federal taxes, tips and other charges on all checks.

10.  Handles all member charges and credit cards as applicable from guests as prescribed by standard operating procedures.

11.  Keeps tables, dining room and stations clean and tidy.

12.  Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.

13.  Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager/captain.

14.  Matches checks with server checkout, turns in to captain/manager.

15.  Performs other duties as assigned.

            Waiter/Waitress, Kitchen Staff, Steward Staff.

III.       JOB SUMMARY

Provides food service and beverage service for the members. Assist Servers to deliver any beverage or food to the table if necessary  .Keeps track of all the specials. Announces 86’d items.. Report to Beverage Manager if any orders need to be placed.

            VI.       JOB TASKS (Duties)

• Sets up the bar and performs assigned side work.  
• Do stock, cut fruit, polish and dust. (Glass, liquor, beer, napkins, straws, paper supplies          
• Fill ice, Fill Juice
• Clean surrounding areas and do the assigned daily sanitation
• Restock the bar if needed
• Attends pre-meal meetings.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non alcoholic selections
• Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
• Closes checks immediately upon service according to standard operating procedures.
• Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager/captain. 
• Matches checks with server checkout and turns in to captain.
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Maintain complete knowledge of all the menu items, preparations method ingredients, sauces, preparation time, garnishes and presentations and prices.
