Job Summary:
Highlands Energy has a position for an experienced, independent, and motivated team member. You'll ensure the accurate and timely scheduling of Weatherization Specialist(s) daily schedule(s). Under the direction of the General Manager, and as the first point of contact in the office, you will provide general customer service and office support. Ensure timely data entry of Home Assessment Forms for the Energy Specialists.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete required training (per Scheduler Training Plan) before beginning work and all other training stated in the Scheduler Training Plan.
- Complete daily Weatherization Specialist(s) schedule for the following day
- Ensure timely schedule(s) are provided to Weatherization Specialist(s)
- Ensure re-work is scheduled for Weatherization Specialist(s)
- Possess a working knowledge of the WIS Manual provided by the energy program
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain continuity by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years related experience and training
- Must have Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Products
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Ability to read, analyzes, interpret, and identify, document, and report information
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer Services skills
- Detail orientated and organized
